Position Overview: Support Services Group is a leading provider of customer service solutions, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our retail clients and their customers. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting retail customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls and emails from retail customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, orders, and returns. Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Leverage company systems, tools, and resources to provide accurate information and solutions. Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty to our retail clients' brands. Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet individual and team performance goals. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, particularly in retail or e-commerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address customer concerns effectively. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
