We are looking for a skilled Customer Care and Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of our client's team in Medley, Florida.

Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Summary:
In this essential role, you will be our client's primary point of contact, manage vital administrative tasks, and provide support to ensure smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail while handling customer inquiries, managing data entry, processing documentation, and ensuring timely payment and invoice processing.
As a Customer Care and Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in streamlining office operations and maintaining accurate document management.
You'll work closely with team members to refine processes and improve efficiency.
Your strong attention to detail and proactive attitude will be crucial in supporting our team's objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your efforts will help create a more organized and productive environment, ultimately driving our collective success.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Manage internal processes and maintain communication with key customer accounts.
Issue monthly storage bills using software tools (e.g., Magaya and Excel) and assist in collecting overdue accounts.
Prepare, distribute, and maintain accurate client paperwork, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing to support office operations.
Accurately enter and manage data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Act as a liaison between clients and operations staff to ensure seamless service execution.
Handle sensitive customer information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Type and distribute internal and external documents as assigned, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Answer and route telephone calls, relay messages, and address customer queries.
Compute charges, prepare customer invoices, and ensure timely application of payments.
Adhere to financial procedures and policies.
Address customer complaints and provide information regarding projects, deliveries, and warehouse activities.
Assist with other administrative tasks assigned by management, contributing to team success.
Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer care role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, focusing on customer service.
Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in administrative software (e.g., Excel, Magaya).
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
