Customer Care Associate

JourneyPure, a leading provider of addiction treatment and mental health services, is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a Customer Care Associate at JourneyPure, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries from clients and their families, addressing their concerns and answering any questions they may have. You will provide information about our services, verify insurance coverage, and assist with the admissions process. Your ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and provide accurate information will ensure a positive experience for our clients and contribute to their journey towards recovery.
Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients and their families Provide information about our treatment programs and services Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance authorizations Assist with the admissions process, including scheduling assessments and completing required paperwork Maintain client records accurately and ensure confidentiality Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients Collaborate with team members and other departments to address client needs Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Empathy and compassion towards individuals seeking treatment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer systems and software Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to privacy Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
