Job Description:
DTE Energy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Customer Care Associate at DTE Energy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and account information.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Providing accurate information to customers regarding their accounts, billing, and services- Escalating customer issues to management as needed- Processing customer account changes and updates- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strategic planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Demonstrated cooperation and collaboration with colleagues- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
