Customer Care/Call Center

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday - Friday (No weekends)
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite training for 30 days; work from home available after successful completion of training)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

Join our Customer Service team to assist with inquiries related to accounts payable.
You will respond to phone calls, chats, and emails, resolving customer questions and concerns about bills and payments.
We are looking for customer-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality service.


Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts payable via phone, chat, and email. Assist with billing and payment issues. Provide solutions while adapting to evolving policies and procedures. Work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
Qualifications: At least 6 months of call center experience. SAP experience preferred. Proficient in web-based applications and computer systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and confidently. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Receptive to feedback and able to implement constructive criticism. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute.
