Customer Care Manager

Las Vegas Sands in Phoenix, Arizona is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident and resilient, with strong people management and research skills.

Responsibilities:- Overseeing the customer care team and ensuring excellent service- Developing and implementing customer care policies and procedures- Handling escalated customer complaints and issues- Analyzing customer feedback to improve services- Providing training and support to customer care team members- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements:- Minimum of 6 years experience in customer service- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to problem solve and think critically- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
