Job Description:As a Customer Care Manager at Stryker, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home in New York City, New York. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service and a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing customer care representatives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure- Experience with CRM software and customer service tools- Confident and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Proven ability to manage people and resources effectively- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
