Job Description:
Amgen is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The Customer Care Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high customer satisfaction- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customer care- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience preferred- Driven and hardworking personality traits- Strong leadership and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required
