Customer Care Representative

Raymond James Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an entry-level position, no years of experience are required; we are looking for confident and motivated individuals with excellent planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing accurate information about our products and services- Processing customer orders and payments- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
