Duties and Responsibilities Represent Riley Blake Designs in a warm, professional manner in all communications and establish a positive rapport with every customer Greet customers warmly and promptly on the phone Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Assist customers with orders, billing issues, product questions, shipping needs, etc. Stay updated on -- and demonstrate -- an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes Support the sales team to meet and exceed customers' service expectations Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints Communicate clearly with teammates and management to ensure smooth handling/transition of more complex customer issues Qualifications This is a work from home position. A dedicated office space and high-speed internet is required Flexibility to work hours between 7am-5pm M-F depending on team needs Prior phone customer support experience is necessary Experience with quilting, sewing and pattern interpretation Ability to remain professional and courteous to customers at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer experience and aptitude Familiar with CRM systems and practices (Netsuite experience is ideal) Strong problem-solving/researching skills and the ability to think under pressure Commitment to continuing education about the company and products This is a fast paced position so the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is neccesary Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of Riley Blake Designs Why Work at Riley Blake Designs?
