Job Description:

UiPath is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in San Diego, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is at the Associate Level, and candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.2. Assist customers with product-related questions, issues, and escalations.3. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively.5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.6. Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the customer care department.7. Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote environment.3. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.4. Experience with giving presentations and delivering information to customers.5. Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.7. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
