We have a 6+ Months Contract opportunity for a Customer Care Representative with Retirement Plans/Transfer Agency Services/Treasury Services. These roles are for a Banking Customer based out of NYC, NY. These roles are 100% remote. Shift hours are different for both the roles. The rate for both the roles are $22/hr on 1099. Role 1 - Customer Care Representative with Retirement Plans products like 401K, 403 (B), Pension, Annuities, Retirement Account, IRAs etc Role 2 - Customer Care Representative who has financial product experience like Bonds, Stocks, Shareholder Transactions, Share Transfer, Mutual Funds, Equities etc Role 3 - Customer Care Representative who has experience with ACH, Wire Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, Electronic Banking etc THE ABOVE PRODUCT EXPERIENCE WITH MUST HAVE
