Responsibilities
• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, letters, faxes, web-navigation, returns• Assist customers with warranty information, assembly instructions, repair and replacement of parts• Provide excellent customer care by building relationships and being highly responsive to customer's needs• Project a friendly, positive and professional image at all times• Use excellent written and verbal communication skills• Listen attentively without interrupting• Use conflict resolution skills• Provide product solutions• Respond to customers and update records in Zendesk• Support and comply with safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping methods• Stay informed of new technology, methods, and materials• Exercise independent judgment• Must be somewhat flexible in shifting hours and days
Requirements
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required• HS Degree• MS Office required• Bilingual Spanish is preferred, not required• Must be able to work on multiple computer screens
