Job Description:
iHeartMedia is seeking a hardworking and driven Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a positive experience for all individuals who interact with our company.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer problems- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- High school diploma or equivalent required
