Job Description:

AmerisourceBergen is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is part-time with an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, striving to exceed customer expectations- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and escalations effectively- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Prior experience in project management is a plus
