Job Description:

Macy's is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team in Houston, Texas. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers. This role is perfect for an entry-level professional who is resourceful, driven, and possesses strong communication and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing solutions and guidance- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software- Resourceful and driven attitude- Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions- High school diploma or equivalent
