Monsanto is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote work capacity. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement**: Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance, providing information and support via phone, email, and chat platforms. Address inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**: Analyze customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Utilize creative thinking to resolve complex problems and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

- **Order Management**: Oversee order processing, including validation, tracking, and updates, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer requests.

- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed customer interaction records and reports, capturing relevant information to help improve service delivery and track common challenges.

- **Feedback Implementation**: Actively seek out customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of service processes, ensuring that customer suggestions are considered and implemented where appropriate.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service continuity. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service protocols.

- **Resource Management**: Effectively utilize available tools and resources to enhance customer interactions, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are managed professionally.

- **Planning & Time Management**: Manage your schedule diligently to accommodate peak times and make customer care a priority, demonstrating strong planning skills and adaptability in changing situations.

### Requirements

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, support, or related fields, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM software, virtual communication tools, and general computer applications. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.

- **Personality Traits**:
