Job Description:

Hess, a leading company in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to work remotely. As an Associate Level professional with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main objective will be to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Confident and adaptable personality traits- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members- Ability to work independently and in a team setting- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
