\n What you'll get to do:Support direct to consumer sales with identifying interested customers, follow up, follow through, and sales activitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer and service center inquiries, feedback, and concernsAide in On-boarding activities for service centers as their Factory point of contactDevelop and nurture relationships with motorcycle owners, prospective buyers, and community membersRespond to customer questions across various platformsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop contentRepresent company at trade shows, motorcycle rallies, and customer events, engaging directly with customers and building brand awarenessPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a consistent, seamless, and exceptional customer experience What will make you successful:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience2-3 years of experience in customer service, community management, or a related fieldPassion for motorcyclesExperience in social media management, digital content creation, or community engagement is a plus
