Responsibilities
• Design customizations and provide technical support to customers• Conduct design reviews, create documentation, and deliver compliance documents• Perform lab, field, and IOT testing of Qualcomm Advanced Modem features• Interface with Network Operators, software developers, and Qualcomm engineers• Debug failures, suggest fixes, enhance test procedures, and develop scripts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science• Knowledge of C/C++, real-time operating systems, and wireless protocols• Skills in Perl, Python, scripting languages, and software debugging• Familiarity with embedded systems and 3GPP2 specifications• Communication and interpersonal skills• Experience with OEM/ODM and Wireless Operators is a plus• Familiarity with ARM architecture and portable hand-held devices• Ability to learn and internalize QCT hardware and software quickly• Background in CDMA/UMTS/LTE/5G protocols and wireless test equipment
