Position Overview KRUU is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our Warren, Michigan team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional support to our customers across the United States, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our KRUU Photo Booth products and services.

Tasks Engage and assist customers from all U.S. states, addressing inquiries related to KRUU Photo Booth products. Handle customer complaints with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Provide support to our photo booth customers through various communication channels, including email, social media, chat, and telephone. Prepare quotations for our B2B customers. Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Assist potential and existing customers with any concerns or issues related to KRUU products and services. Requirements Exceptional teamwork and communication skills. A genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service, even under high-pressure situations. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to tasks. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required. Prior experience in customer service or related roles preferred. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving processes. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Demonstrated reliability and commitment. BILINGUAL in Spanish preferred.
