Customer Innovation Engineer

Our client, a leader in digital adoption solutions, is seeking a Customer Innovation Engineer to join their team. As a Customer Innovation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' user experience by accelerating digital adoption processes. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Solutions, utilizing your creativity and technical expertise to solve complex problems for our clients.
Responsibilities: Utilize a DevOps approach with a product mindset to support the full development life cycle.Collaborate with field, customer, sales, and internal product teams to design solutions as part of an agile team.Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to capture requirements and solutions.Write well-designed, testable code following best practice agile principles, considering operational feasibility and sustainability.Integrate software components into fully functional DAP Solutions.Develop solution verification plans and quality assurance procedures.Document and maintain solution functionality, including troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading, following a continuous improvement methodology.Deploy solutions and evaluate user feedback.Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards.Keep solutions updated with the latest target platform features. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related engineering fields; Master's degree preferred.3+ years of relevant work experience.2+ years of experience using web-based technologies such as ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, with relational database experience.Ability to work independently with limited guidance in a team environment.Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming.Experience in an agile DevOps environment.Working knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service business processes. Nice to Have: 2+ years of experience building with WalkMe Products.TOGAF training or experience.
