We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. This role will focus on optimizing the customer journey from post-acquisition to retention. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. As the primary liaison between the Marketing and Customer teams, you will create impactful resources and communications that enhance the onboarding experience, help customers realize the value of our solutions, and foster early-stage advocacy.

In this newly created role, you will ensure a seamless transition from a new customer to a fully onboarded advocate by driving multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and enablement content. Your initiatives will reduce onboarding friction, promote early buy-in, and build long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a hybrid position working 2x per week in one of our office locations (Irvine, CA, Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA) Job Duties

•    Lifecycle Marketing & Onboarding: Develop and manage customer lifecycle marketing campaigns that enhance the onboarding experience and drive early engagement with targeted content that speaks to the unique needs of dental industry customers.
•    Customer Communications: Lead the creation of customer communication initiatives, including regular updates that keep customers informed and excited and also provide timely and clear messaging for incident communications.  
•    Post-Sale Enablement Content: Deliver resources like training guides, webinars, best practices, and FAQs to support the Customer team and help new users get the most from our solutions.
•    Advocacy & Early Buy-In: Develop programs and touchpoints to nurture advocates early in the customer journey, creating a strong foundation for long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive customer communications.
•    Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to refine onboarding and post-sale marketing materials, ensuring an optimized and responsive customer journey.
•    Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on lifecycle marketing initiatives, using data to demonstrate impact, refine campaigns, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
•    5-7 years in lifecycle marketing, communications, or customer marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
•    Proven experience with creating post-sale customer content and customer communications.
•    Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and customer-focused content.
•    Customer-centric approach with a strong understanding of customer needs, committed to enriching the customer's journey and fostering positive experiences.
•    Exceptional project management and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional settings. PLANET DDS CORE IDEOLOGY Why are we here?
