Job Description Cintas is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for the Corporate Marketing Department. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with key stakeholders (sales, operations & marketing) to develop, implement and manage Cintas marketing programs that increase business lines utilized by existing customers; managing the creation of marketing collateral and campaign assets; and reporting/analysis of campaigns and program results.
Key Responsibilities Digital Sales Tool Creation: Collaborate with the inside sales team to identify and create digital sales tools such as presentations, digital sales collateral and videos to enhance the effectiveness of inside sales efforts. Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns targeted towards existing customers to increase lifetime value and retention. Collaborate with creative resources to develop campaign messaging, content and materials across digital and direct marketing channels. Collaborate with digital marketing resources to manage the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Post campaign analysis and ROI measurement; A/B testing and adjusting for optimal results. Skills/Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum 3 years' Marketing experience or demonstrated knowledge of Marketing practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet Preferred Minimum 2 years' project management experience Experience with marketing technology programs Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, featuring employee health care premiums that are 30% lower than the national average for our industry.
