Customer Quality Manager

Job Summary:The Customer Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing quality assurance operations, addressing customer quality concerns, and ensuring that the battery products, including EV battery packs and modules, meet or exceed customer specifications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise quality assurance operations, including workflow development and project leadership.Resolve non-conformance items to maintain product quality standards.Handle customer audits to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.Address and resolve customer quality issues to enhance customer satisfaction.Promote quality awareness and engage in continuous improvement activities.Required Qualifications:2 to 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering (QE) or Quality Assurance (QA) leadership roles.Educational background in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.Base Pay Information:Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range.
