Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for someone to conduct our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities within the Siemens GBS Purchase to Pay (P2P) Business Line. This business line includes services related to both procurement and accounts payable. CRM supports P2P services cross-functionally. This position requires a customer-centric person, who pursues service growth opportunities and supports the service lines to increase their market share.
Our successful candidate demonstrates a strong customer focus and ensures internal and external customers' needs are being met and exceeded where possible.Our highly collaborative candidate is strongly motivated to proactively engage with colleagues from the different P2P service lines as well as with customers to understand their requirements.
This position will be based out of Orlando, Florida with the flexibility to work remotely from a home office.

You'll make a difference by:

Sales Growth: Driving sales revenue by monitoring and striving for the achievement of growth targets.
Sales Strategy: Conducting sales plans and campaigns.
Data Analysis: Performing analysis on customer data to identify white spots and opportunities to increase market share.
Customer Relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with customers and addressing customer needs and requirements.
Communication: Managing customer interactions and communications on a regular basis.
Leadership: Facilitating customer meetings and preparing presentation materials.
Engagement: Implementing customer engagement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
Contract Process:Supporting proposal development and Service Level Agreement (SLA) generation.
Market Trend Analysis:Identifying shared services trends and market trends to stay "best in class."
Innovation: Supporting innovation initiatives for new products and services.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

BS / BA in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Sales.
3-5 years in a Key Account Management or Business Development role.
Proven Sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Shared services expertise.
Supply Chain Management / Sales expertise.
Advanced Degree.
Capability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to listen, support, and collaborate with other team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effectively manage deadlines / time, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills leading to effective solutions.
Advanced computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledgeable in innovation and automation expertise.
Understanding of Siemens Business structures.

The pay range for this position is$72,400-$124,100.The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
