Customer Retention Specialist

Details of the offer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with both existing and potential customers through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
The candidate will be expected to make a minimum number of customer connections per day and more details will be discussed later.

The position offers an hourly pay rate and bi-weekly commission.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Additionally, health insurance and a 401k plan are available.
This is an entirely performance-based position that rewards hard work and dedication.

Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of car dealership experience and those who are familiar with working with the Elead CRM tool.
