You'll be joining our office-based team to provide full support for our customers across two businesses within our ecommerce group.
In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include:
Responding professionally to phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media activityHandling general customer inquiries and giving product adviceAccurately processing customer orders and taking paymentsLiaising with third-party suppliers and couriersTracking deliveries and ordersArranging quotations and discountsHandling returned orders and out-of-stock productsSkills and experience required:
Proven previous history of office-based customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with an outstanding telephone mannerAbility to work under own initiative while still being part of a multi-tasking teamWell-organized and able to manage time efficientlyAbility to focus and maintain accurate attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentProficient user of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook5 GCSEs grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including English & MathsKnowledge and experience of ecommerce would be beneficialBenefits include:
