POSITION: Customer Service Agent Are you interested in: Booking reservations for passengers' baggage, and cargo.Resolving customer service issues.Processing payments in varying forms.Processing various reports and perform data input.Interacting with customers in person, by email and/or over the phone.Performing additional duties as assigned.
