Maintaining the highest level of customer service for our customers is our top priority, so we're looking for people interested in our Customer Service Agent position.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing Customer Service emails for our consumers, processing warranty requests, and reshipping orders lost in the postal service abyss
Autonomously complete routine inquiries and customer focused communications
Resolves simple to more complex problems, communicating clearly in and in our brand voice to customers
Be engaged in constantly improving processes and standards in the department
Actively listening during weekly meetings, reading slack, and generally gathering information independently
Wrangle unicorns and tend to the octopus garden
This role is in the Customer Service team and will report directly to the Director of Customer Service
Perform other related duties as assigned

A self-starter who can rely on their skill in prioritizing and organizing their workflow to respond to multiple requests
Must have email experience
Proficiency on a Mac
Mad bonus if you've got previous experience with Zendesk, NetSuite, Asana, and/or Shopify.
Must be able to work in Los Angeles
Must be able to work some weekends
Strong attention to detail is required to solve problems thoroughly
Creative, iterative, and constantly test your ability to provide the best customer service possible
Dependable with the willingness to take the initiative to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency
Live chat or phone experience is a BIG plus
