PrideStaff is representing a local industrial components company to find their next customer service representative.This 90+ year old company has continued to grow and expand regionally and nationally.Each team member has the chance to grow within the organization while serving their clients and sales agents.
Shift: First Shift.
8a-5:p
Days: M-F
Pay: $19-$22/hr
Job Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
•Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
•Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
•Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
•Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues
•Provide product information and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
•Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns
•Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Skills Required:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
•Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
•Basic understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes (preferred)
•High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
•1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related industry
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
