Our mission is to engage customers and donors, promoting awareness of our nonprofit partners and increasing their community presence. Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:Interact with community members and donors at outreach events for our clientele.Attend in-office meetings to stay up to date on client offerings and services.Maintain professionalism and adhere to strict level of compliance when interacting with customers, managers, or members of the community.Attend networking events and/or conferences to further education and expand sales knowledge and skill sets.Track personal and team performance using key performance indicators provided during training.Requirements of a Customer Service and Sales Representative:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous customer service or related experience is preferred but not required.Proven interpersonal skills.Demonstrate the ability to manage personal time and prioritize interactions when needed.Flexibility to adapt and remain calm around changing customer needs and sales and marketing requirements.Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.Adherence to company and client-provided policies, industry regulations, and standards.
