If you are chosen for this position, you will receive a salary starting at $25.00 per hour and benefits . Required but not limited to: Able to make phone calls with new and existing vendors and customers without reservation.Ability to relay phone calls and messages to various team members Able to organize emails and respond to new and existing vendors and customersThorough knowledge of Excel Manage personal phone calls, orders, scheduling, and appointments for CEOAssist in document creation of Quotes, Sales orders, and Invoices.Must be flexible to conduct new tasks and maintain strict attention to detail including but not limited to: Professional and Grammatical communicationCompletion of multiple tasks (organized and systemized) Clear communication with staff alwaysBe able to conduct light shipping of items no more than 20 lbs.
Any items over 20 lbs., will be assisted by staff.Create shipping labels, package, and tape boxes to be sent out.Preferred but not limited to: 3-5 years experience preferred.Advanced understanding of Excel and ability to create Pivot tables and data sheetsGoogle Drive including worksheets and spreadsheets.Understanding of CRM software as well as Adobe Acrobat.
