Job Description:
ManpowerGroup is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. As a Customer Service Assistant at ManpowerGroup, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Providing information about products and services to customers- Processing customer orders and returns- Maintaining customer records and data entry- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Assisting with special projects and events as needed- Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience- Driven and energetic personality- Strong negotiation and analysis skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent
