ADI Global Distribution, is hiring a Customer Account Specialist to join our growing team!
You will be responsible for entering sales orders and quotes, providing customer service, and supporting the ProAV sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.


JOB DUTIES: Process and submit customer orders and quotes in ERP system Interact and consult with customers on orders and service requests Confirm inventory in stock and determine best shipping methods Investigate order status and provide ETA information to customers Establish positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Demonstrate behaviors that support core values of the organization Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing personal development Participate in a fun and inclusive work environment YOU MUST HAVE: 1+ years customer service experience WE VALUE: Associates or bachelor's degree 3-5 years of relevant work experience in customer service or sales support role Experienced Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus Experienced with AV Engineering, AV Products Sales & Services a big plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines Reasoning and problem-solving skills Soft Skills of emotional intelligence Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter Benefit, Pet Insurance and 401k participation from Day 1 2 weeks' accrued vacation time in years 1 and 2, and 3 weeks starting in year 3 12 paid holidays each year Employee discounts on company products and other retail/service providers The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $36,938 to $64,262 per year but varies by specific work location.
Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
