\n What the role consists of:Answer and manage inbound phone calls, especially from Spanish-speaking patients. Assist patients with their medical supply orders, including troubleshooting any issues.Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and answering questions related to their DME orders.Work closely with other departments to resolve patient issues promptly and accurately.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and team members.Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and care.Support the team in meeting customer service goals and performance standards. What we're looking for:Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain medical supply-related information to patients clearly and empathetically.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A desire to grow within the company, with the opportunity to move into a lead role.Previous experience in customer service, especially within the healthcare or DME industry, is a plus but not required.A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.High level of organization and high attention to detail.
