Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to assist our clients Rochester location!

JOB * * Handles inbound calls and follow up about Property and Casualty Insurance policy questions/ inquiries. Partners with team, insurance carriers, or other stakeholders. Provides education on products, policies & procedures, or insurance guidelines & state regulations Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of products Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
