Responsibilities
• Prepare rental documents accurately and completely• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control• Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas• Ensure booth is stocked with appropriate supplies• Provide undivided attention to customers at the exit booth• Assist customers with directions, maps, and service information• Resolve customer service issues• Perform other customer service duties as necessary• Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required• Must have 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year• Must pass background check and have a clean driving record• Must be authorized to work in the United States• Must be able to work the specified shift/schedules• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered
