Our products, present in a wide variety oflands, contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.- Analysis of the customer releases, EDI 830,862,850, JIT /RAN's- Transmission of demand to production plants or external suppliers overseas.- Track shipments in transit to Bosch Warehouse.- Follow up in the internal KPI's as Inventory levels, Reduction Cost, Delivery Performance internal and External.- Follow up 100 % about deliveries on time, ASN, System communication according customer expectations or rules (Example: Ford CMMS, DDL, etc.)- Create a Shipment plan according to customer demand and follow up with Bosch Warehouse team to ship on time.- Acknowledge about ECR's, break points an SOP for new models or projects and coordinate with Bosch Warehouse team.**Qualifications**- Career of preference (IMA, LAE, International Business, Industrial Engineering)- Acknowledge of Automotive Portals (Ford, STLA, GM, CAT, Honda and/or Cummins).- Preference of 3 years' experience at Customer Service and Planning.- Negotiation skills and facility to handle conversations with customers, English 90 %.- Teamwork- SAP (Modules of Planning and Customer Service)- Proactive and oriented to support in special situation, work under pressure.
