Responsibilities
• Partner with customers and Account Managers to find products and services• Solve customer needs and build positive business relationships• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and expediting/returns• Assist in generating sales and sourcing parts• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed
Requirements
• 6+ months of customer service or inside sales experience• Mechanical or maintenance experience preferred• Attention to detail• Written and verbal communication skills• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Mechanical aptitude• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Ability to perform other assigned duties
