Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Serves as a pointof contact for Intermodal /Equipment customer & vendor questions and issues:
Fields Intermodal / Equipment questions from customers and vendors, on a nationwide basis.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Provides timely and accurate response to inquiries, following corporate guidelines.
Generates potential solutions to issues.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems and concerns or further escalates unique or complex customer issues to the appropriate internal department for resolution when necessary.
Maintains updated records of customers & vendors interactions in MSC Systems (e.g.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, MSC proprietary systems).
Maintains a good level of knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionalities pertaining to Intermodal / Equipment CS activities and of Intermodal /Equipment workflows and procedures for the geographies under scope.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications & Key Competencies: Requiredskills, experience, education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role (supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc.)
