We specialize in the assembly of Interior/exterior doors. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Clay Ingels Company LLC in Lexington, KY. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the CS Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing customer strategies and initiatives within our Customer Service, Sales, and Support Team. This position comes with a competitive salary based on experience.  ·       Lead and manage our Customer Service Team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of departmental goals. ·       Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, including handling customer inquires and resolving escalated issues in a timely and professional manner. ·       Develop and implement customer service procedures, and standards to ensure consistent service. ·       Implement and monitor customer service performance metrics, such as response time, follow up correspondence, and implement corrective actions if needed. ·       Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement with the customer service team.  Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills Analytical Skills and Communication abilities Excellent problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in customer service or related field Management experience Millwork experience is helpful but not necessary
