Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met and exceeded.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.5. Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.7. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.9. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.6. Independent and driven personality traits.7. Strong cooperation and persuasion skills.8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
