Job Description:
Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with 8 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in finance. As a mid-to-senior level professional, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a team of customer service representatives- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns- Analyze data and provide insights to improve customer service operations- Conduct training sessions for new customer service representatives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 8 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong decision-making abilities- Ability to present information clearly and effectively- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
