Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues raised by customers, ensuring resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Data and Record Management: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Monitor common customer concerns and work with the team to improve customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, and logistics) to provide seamless customer support.
Share customer feedback with the team to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other customer support tools.
