About the Role:

Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Provide training and support to new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
