Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Professional at Diamond Guard Insurance: Allstate in Bedford, TX.
The Customer Service Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a superior customer experience on a daily basis.
