Our client in the aerospace and manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Commercial department supporting the CS team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Rep
**Location:** Lynwood, CA 90262
**Pay Range:** $19.68 - $25.00
**What's the Job?
**
+ Review the MRP system with CS counterpart to ensure customer order due dates are in line with required delivery dates.
+ Assist PM with New Product Introduction in coordination with Quality and Operations.
+ Collaborate with PM on creating daily report of customer orders currently in-house to review scheduled expected completion dates against current order status to ensure orders are completed on time.
+ Coordinate with CS counterpart to provide continuous status of their orders within the allotted 4-hour time frame.
+ Relay communications between quality and operations departments to support our customers' expectations.
**What's Needed?

+ High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
+ 2-3 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing (required)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
+ Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
+ Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
