Customer Service Rep Sc

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision, evaluates and processes warranty claims. Supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration. Provides technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration. Reviews warranty claims. Resolves most non-standard warranty items independently. Refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation. Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires a working knowledge of products and parts. Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes. Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
