Customer Service Representative (Csr)

This is an ONSITE position - NOT remote, not hybrid
An ON SITE, in person interview is REQUIRED Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent resident with Green Card

REQUIRED: GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS EITHER Bachelor Degree fresh out of college with no experience OR No degree and 2 years of Customer Service experience DUTIES OF ROLE: Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after sale.
Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers.
Work with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.
Work with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provide reports to management.
Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.
